The DFS Social Services Division is looking for feedback on services from parents, law enforcement, educators, foster and youth care providers, judges, guardians ad litem, mental health professionalsand other community stakeholders. Information obtained from the survey will be used to help the Department of Familiy Services create a five-year strategic plan for serving at-risk youth or youth in state care.

The survey, which takes just a few minutes, can be accessed at the following link:

The Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP) is a five year strategic plan that will set forth the vision and the goals to be accomplished to strengthen Wyoming’s overall child welfare system for the next five (5) years (2015-2019). The completion of the survey is a way for you to lend a voice to improving safety, permanency and well-being for Wyoming's children, youth and families. Please fill out this survey by March 14th so DFS can start to build the CFSP. Note that all of the identifying information will remain anonymous and confidential, but the important data will help us build the CFSP. Again-thank you for your help.
